Table Games
Table Games
Any casino in the world, both online and offline always has a range of table games available to play – in fact, if they havent got these games then it could be arged that you havent actually gone into a casino at all, but into an arcade. The table games at William Hill Casino have been been replicated with the maximum attention to detail to ensure that your playing experience is as close to the real thing as possible. Here are some of thetable games that you can play at William Hill Casino.
European Roulette
At Will Hills version of European Roulette you have 37 numbered areas from 0-36 which are alternately coloured red or black. The idea of the game is to predict which number the roulette ball will stop at once the roulette wheel stops spinning. There are a variety of different ways to place a bet on European Roulette. These are made up of what are known as Inside Bets and Outside Bets. Depending on the type of bet (or bets – you can make as many bets as you like, or can afford at roulette) you will win a different amount depending on the outcome. Here are the main types of bet that you can place at William Hill Casino.
Inside Bets
Straight Up – A bet that predicts that the roulette ball will land on a specific number. This pays out at 35/1
Split Bet – A bet on the roulette ball landing on either number either side of the line you have put your money on. In effect you are betting on two numbers (the two numbers on the roulette table either side of where you place your wager). A successful split bet will pay 17/1
Street Bet – A bet placed on a specific single row of numbers. You are betting on the three numbers across the row and a successful bet will pay out at 11/1
Special Street Bet – a specific bet on three numbers. Either 0,1,2 or 0,2,3. As the zero spans all three columns at the top of the table you can only place these two bets this way and it pays out at 11/1
Line bet – The same as placing two street bets, so you are betting on 6 numbers. The odds for this wager are 5/1
Four Bet – a bet placed on the numbers 0,1,2,3.
Corner Bet – Placing your bet on the point where four numbers touch means that you are betting of all four numbers. Its one of the most common Inside Bets, and should the roulette ball land on one of your four nominated numbers you will win at 8/1
Outside Bets
Column Bet – In the same way that a Street Bet means that you are betting on three numbers across the table, a column bet means that you are betting on one of 12 numbers that are in any of the three columns. It pays out at 2/1
Dozen Bet – Outside the main betting area of the table are three areas that cover off the 36 numbers (not including zero) into three groups of 12.
Red/Black bet – simply betting whether the roulette ball is will land on a red or black number. It pays out at 1/1
Even/Odd bet – as above but replacing red and black with odds and evens. Again it pays out at 1/1
Low/High bet – a bet whereby you predict that the roulette ball will land on the low numbers (1-18) or the high numbers (19-36). This type of bet will also pay out at 1/1
American Roulette
American Roulette plays in the same format as European Roulette but has 38 numbers instead of 37. In Amercian Roulette the extra number is the “00”. The extra number in the game means that there are more variations.
Again there are both Inside Bets and Outside Bets that you can place to try and win money by predicting where the roulette ball will stop on the wheel. The types of inside and outside bets that you can place are the same as in European Roulette above with the following exceptions;
Special Street Bet – As in European roulette you are still placing a bet on three numbers, but in American Roulette these can be 0,1,2 or 00,2,3 or 0,00,2
Five Bet – You can place this bet on the numbers 0,00,1,2,3.
In American roulette any of the outside bets (Column, Dozen, Red/Black, Even/Odd and Low/High) do not consider the “00”. If the roulette ball happens to land on the “00” then everyone loses and the house wins.
Mini Roulette
You can also play Mini roulette at William Hill online casino. Unlike European and American Roulette though, mini roulette only has 13 numbers – giving you a 1 in 13 chance of winning.
The numbers are 0-12 and although the odds you get for winning are smaller than they are for the other two types of roulette available at Willliam Hill, your odds of winning are much greater because of the reduced amount of numbers, meaning that you can win smaller amounts more frequently.
You can place all the wagers that are available on European and American Roulette, including Street Bets, Corner Bets, Red/Black Bets, Even and Odds bets etc
Craps
The William Hill online casino hosts a very nice online Craps game. If you have never played Craps before, the rules can be a little daunting, but essentially all you a re doing is betting on the outcome of the roll of 1 or 2 dice.
The opening roll in a game of Craps is known as the “Come Out” roll. In Craps, a roll of the two dice totalling either 2,3 or 12 (the worst numbers to roll) will lose the round instantly, and a roll of 7 or 11 will win the round instantly. Before play commences, the “Come Out “ roll is made and needs to be a 4,5,6,8,9 or 10. Once this has been done, the number rolled is marked. This is the target number to get.
Prior to the “Come Out” roll, you place your bets. These bets are made by you predicting certain outcomes of the dice.
Pass Line Bets
This bet is made before you make your “Come Out” roll. If you roll a 7 or 11 you win automatically. If you roll 2,3 or 12 you lose automatically – these three numbers are known as Craps. Rolling any other number establishes the “Point” which is marked. You then continue to roll the dice. The aim of the game is to roll the point number again before you roll a 7. If you manage to do this, then you win and all winnings are paid out at evens. If you roll a seven before you roll the Point then you lose.
Don’t Pass Line Bets
These bets are the opposite of the above bet. In a Dont Pass Line bet you win if a 7 is rolled before the Point number is rolled. You can also win by rolling Craps (2 or 3)and if you roll a 12 your stake is returned and the round ended. Again, this wager pays out at evens.
Come Bets
By placing your chips in the box marked “Come” you are placing a Come Bet. If the next roll is a 7 or 11 you win. If it is a 2,3 or 12 you lose. If it is any other number a Come Point is set and your chips are moved out of the Come box and onto that number. If this number is rolled before a 7 is rolled then you win.
Dont Come Bets
These bets work in exactly the opposite way to the Come Bets. If a 2 or 3 is rolled then you win, if you roll a 12 your stake is returned. If any other number is rolled then that Come Point is set and you win if a 7 is rolled before the Come Point number is rolled, and lose if the Come Point Number is rolled before the 7. This type of bet, like the Come Bet pays out at evens.
Field Bets
A Field Bet is a bet on the outcome of the next roll. You are betting that the next number will be either a 2,3,4,9,10,11 or 12. If it is a 2 or 12 you will win at 2/1. If it is 3,4,9,10 or 11 you win at evens. If the next number is a 5,6,7 or 8 you lose.
Big 6 and Big 8 Bets
By placing your chips into either the Big 6 or Big 8 box then you win if your chosen number is rolled before a 7 is rolled. This pays out at even money.
Place Win Bets
Putting your chips in the box under the numbers 4,5,6,8,9 or 10 means that you are betting that the selected number will be rolled before a 7 is rolled. These bets can be placed at any time apart from on the Come Out roll. Betting on a 6 or an 8 will pay out at 7/6, betting on a 5 or a 9 will pay out at 7/5 and betting on a 4 or a 10 will pay out at 9/5
Place Lose Bets
Place Lose Bets work in the opposite way to the Place Win Bets – you win if a 7 is rolled before your selected number.
Buy Bets
A Buy Bet is when you place a wager on one of the following numbers – 4,6,8,9 or 10. If that number is rolled before a 7 is rolled you win.
Lay Bets
The opposite of a Buy Bet, you again place your bet on any of the numbers 4,6,8,9 or 10 and you win if a 7 is rolled before your selected number.
Any 7 Bets
If you place a bet in this box and the next roll is a 7, then you win at odds of 4/1
Any 11 Bets
If you place a bet in this box and the next roll is an 11, then you win at odds of 15/1
Any Craps Bets
If you place a bet in this box then you will win if the next number rolled is a 2,3 or 12. You win at odds of 7/1
Horn Bets
By placing your chips in this box, you are betting that the outcome of the next roll is either a 2,3,11 or 12. A winning bet on a 3 or 11 will pay out at 15/1 and a winning bet on a 2 or 12 will pay out at 30/1
Hard Way Bets
A Hard Way bet is predicting that a double 2,3,4 or 5 will be rolled before a 7 is rolled. Double 2 (total 4) and Double 5 (total 10) pay out at 7/1 and Double 3 (total 6) and Double 4 (total
pay out at 9/1
Sic Bo
Sic Bo is an ancient Chinese game that is played with dice. Although Sic Bo translates as “Dice Pair”, you actually play Sic Bo with three dice. The idea of the game is to correctly predict individual or combinations of numbers that will appear on the dice after they are rolled. The Sic Bo online game at Willaim Hill online casino can be played by four people at the same time, or you can play alone if you prefer. Setting up a multiplayer game is easy and you can make a private table so that you can invite your online friends!
There are 7 main betting areas in Sic Bo that cover off 50 different combinations.
Single Dice Numbers
You can bet on any of the 6 numbers that are on a die to appear. If that number appears on the die when they are rolled they pay out dependent on how many of that number show. Remember you are rolling three dice, so if 1 of your chosen number appears it pays out at evens. If two show you win at 2/1 and if three show you win at 3/1
Two Dice Combinations
You can bet of the total of two different dice out of the three that are rolled. If you manage to predict this (so if you bet on the number 10, and the three dice rolled 2,4 and 6 you would win, as two of the dice values add up to the number you wagered on) you get paid out at 6/1
Total Sums
You can also bet on the total of all three dice. You can bet on any number from 4-17 and the bet pays out at between 6/1 and 60/1 depending on the number selected.
Big or Small
The most popular bet in Sic Bo. You either bet that the total values of the three dice when rolled are either small (4-10) or big (11-17). If you get it right, then it pays out at evens. However, if three of the same number appear the bet is lost automatically.
Doubles
If two of the three dice show the same number and you predicted it, then you will win at odds of 10/1
Trebles
If you bet on the outcome of a specific treble you will win at odds of 180/1
Any Treble
If you bet that the outcome of the dice roll will be any treble then you will win at odds of 30/1.
