Video Poker

For those of you that are new to playing poker, or don’t feel that you have the confidence to pit your wits against other real life players for money, Video Poker games provide and excellent way for you to hone your skills and learn the probabilities of the Poker world. The aim of video poker is simple – make your hand better than the dealers. You will normally be dealt five cards face up and you can click on these cards to hold them. Any cards that you haven’t held will be replaced to make your final hand. If your hand scores better than the dealers hand then you win! Multi Hand Jacks or Better

Jacks or better is a Multi Hand poker game. You can choose how many hands you want to play by selecting from the on screen options. Once you have done this then its time to place your wager and deal the cards. Your main hand is dealt in large cards at the bottom of the screen and the other hands are dealt on the main body of the screen so that you can see all your hands. You can now click on your card in the main hand to Hold them. This will also hold the same cards in your other hands to. Then you can press “Deal” to deal replacement cards for the ones that you didn’t hold. In Jacks or Better then idea is to make as many scoring hands as you can that are either a Pair of Jacks or better. Each scoring hand is worth a certain multiplier of your original hand wager (so if you were playing 50 hand Jacks or Better for a £/$/E1 wager, your total wager would be £/$/E50 – 50 x 1) and the more powerful the winning hand the higher the multiplier is (so f of a kind in a hand will pay a bigger multiplier than a Pair of Jacks). Multi Line Jacks or Better is a great little game and quite addictive!

 

 

Joker Poker

Joker Poker is a variant of an online video poker game insofar as that it uses all the cards in a deck – even the Jokers! These jokers are Wild Cards which can replace any other card to help you increase your winnings. You are dealt 5 cards in your hand and then you can choose whether to hold any of the cards or not. The aim of the game is to make a winning poker hand. The more powerful the hand that you make then the more you win.
